Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order. In most cases, items will ship within 1-2 days from the date the order was placed, however there may be times when order volumes can be higher than expected at certain times of the year. If you order a small package it will ship in our 3 day shipping class unless an alternate shipping method is selected. Larger orders with a high value will ship in our 2 day shipping class.
OVERNIGHT/EXPRESS DELIVERY
Wish to have your package overnighted? No problem. The cost of over night shipment starts at an additional $28.00 usd. This option is only available for Domestic Shipping. Simply select the overnight as your shipping method.
LOST/STOLEN/NOT RECIEVED ITEMS
We offer additional voluntary insurance for lost, stolen or not received packages via Route. This option is available at checkout for a small fee. If you deselect the shipping insurance at checkout Unicorn Universe will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email. You may check your status on USPS.COM. For if ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen/ lost in U.S mail Unicorn Universe is not responsible. Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the USPS system, they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim. All priority orders include $50.00 insurance at no additional cost. If your order is valued at more then $50.00 and you would like to increase the insurance amount please contact us via email at shipping@theunicornuniverse.com. Increasing package insurance will be an additional cost.
